JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties & Responsibilities:
To prepare the materials and the equipment necessary for making the required pastries.
To produce pastries within the specifications and the quantities needed.
To prepare the product for distribution.
To apply the principles and bases of general safety while working.
To execute any other duties assigned for him within his specialization.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
A certificate from one of the specialized hotel institutes after secondary school.
3 years – of experience in the field of hospital nutrition.
Competence in HACCP.
Skills and Competencies:
Good knowledge of the principles of making different kinds of bread and pastries.
The ability to work within diverse situations and conditions.
The ability to make good relations with the others.
