We, Spree Jobs, spreeshops.com clarify that our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days or the 30% of the number of jobs advertised on our website: check your subscription package. If you reach either of these conditions since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your subscription must be unused, not passed 30 days, or not reached the number of jobs advertised according to your subscription.

Starter subscriptions are exempt from being refunded.

Additional non-refundable payments:

  • Your donations
  • Downloadable software products ( if any)
  • Consultation sessions: online or recorded: audio or video sessions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not raise any claim to other parties before contacting us; or any claimed payments are not refundable in that situation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • The number of jobs advertised is less than your subscription package.
  • The period your job listings are advertised does not exceed 30 days starting from the first day of your purchase date.
  • All clicks through your job listings will be deductible and payment will be counted for number of clicks they receive.
  • Cancelations are only acceptable during the first 7 days starting your subscription date.
  • All refund fees will be on you


We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after we receive a direct request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace subscriptions if you request within 7 days of subscription date. If you need to exchange it for another package, send us an email at {contact@spreeshops.com}.


No subscriptions are transferrable to other accounts.

Shipping returns

To cancel you have to email us directly at: {contact@spreeshops.com}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own refund fees for cancelling your subscription. Other fees may apply according to your bank account demands.
