JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties & Responsibilities:

To execute the work of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all kitchen activities such as food preparation and distribution.

To set the daily work program and assign duties for the staff.

To observe the quantity and quality of food continuously.

To observe the kitchen’s cleanness.

To observe the application of principles and bases of general safety.

To provide the kitchen necessities and needs in coordination with other departments.

To execute any other work assigned for him within his specialization.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

A certificate from one of the specialized hotel institutes after secondary school.

3 years – of experience in the field of hospital nutrition.

Competence in HACCP.

Skills and Competencies:

Good knowledge of the work needs in the kitchen.

The ability to supervise and follow up persistently.

Ability to contact and make good relations with others.

To be acquainted with English Language.
