Medical Beautician (m/f/d) Dermatology

The Clinic for Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology has two locations, each with a university outpatient clinic, a total of three dermatological wards, a day clinic and research opportunities with established structures for clinical and experimental research. The clinic offers an experienced team of dermatologists, a traditional dermatological operating room and its own dermatology department.

We have a treatment room with modern equipment and high-quality products for carrying out the treatments.

The position at a glance

They carry out medical-cosmetic treatments:

Classic medical cosmetic treatments (skin cleansing, peeling, skin care), e.g. for acne vulgaris or rosacea
Chemical peels (e.g. glycolic acid, retinol), also in cooperation with the treating physician
Skin care advice, e.g. preparation for chemical peels
Massage techniques, e.g. decongestion / lymphatic drainage of the head and neck region for rosacea
Camouflage advice, e.g. for vitiligo or scars
Medical foot care
Assistance in the Hair Competence Center in the diagnosis of hair loss (creation of trichograms, longitudinal embedding) after appropriate training and trichoscan implementation
Assistance and collaboration in the consultation hours for laser dermatology and aesthetic dermatology
Assistance and, after appropriate training, implementation of photodynamic therapy (PDT) under the supervision of the treating physician
Assistance in appointment management, telephone service and organization
We are looking for

You have completed training as a beautician with further training in the medical field
Further training as a podiatrist is desirable
You have in-depth knowledge of dermatological diseases and treatments as well as skin care products
Previous experience in performing chemical peels is desirable
You have a friendly and professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a team and show initiative
A high level of responsibility and hygiene awareness is a matter of course for you

Pay group E06 TVöD VKA-K. The classification takes into account the qualifications, the respective level of experience is calculated from the years of professional experience. The annual salary (gross) is given for a full-time position without annual bonus. You can find the collective agreement here
