We are the BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle, a leading hospital for trauma surgery, orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, and burns. We are part of the BG Kliniken, a network of specialized hospitals for occupational accidents and diseases.
We are looking for a full-time (38.5 hours) and permanent Medical Assistant Specialist Outpatient Clinics (m/f/d) to join our team. You will be responsible for the coordination of a specialist outpatient clinic, which includes:
- Scheduling appointments and organizing orders efficiently
- Reviewing and preparing patient records administratively
- Organizing and performing any further diagnostics that may be required
- Managing patient data
- Preparing, assisting and following up on diagnostic measures
- Performing medically arranged measures (e.g. blood sampling, swabs)
- Cooperating constructively with colleagues in the interdisciplinary outpatient clinics
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable
- You have very good computer skills in current hospital software
