We are looking to hire an experienced Key Account Manager who is keen on becoming part of a successful worldwide team and is passionate about developing and maintaining solid relationships with our Key Accounts. The new Key Account Manager will play a key role in driving our business forward.

A role with great responsibility and development
As our new Key Account Manager, you will join a team of professionals who share industry expertise and passion for trading. You will play a major part in providing the foundation for new business growth and added selling-in on existing accounts. You will be responsible for establishing good relationships within the industry.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include:
- Purchase, sale and supply of fuel and lube oil within the shipping industry
- Expand and nurture existing customer relationships
- Negotiate prices and deliver services based on agreed terms
- Identify business opportunities and support business development activities
- Identifying and approaching new potential key customers
- Developing a thorough understanding of the key customers’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Frontrunner on contract management

An experienced Sales profile with great people skills and a commercial mindset
To succeed as our new Key Account Manager, we expect that you take the lead on the sales initiative and are able to look at business in a long perspective. You are an extrovert person with high stamina, and you possess a strong commercial understanding and mindset. You do not necessarily hold experience within our industry, but are an experienced sales-driven person, capable of managing a sales process in which several key stakeholders are onboard to make the final decision. For this role, we believe you hold 4-5 years´ of relevant experience, preferably within the industry, but this is not a must. Most importantly, you are ambitious, reliable, detail oriented, proactive and have a hunter attitude.
In addition, you:
- Possess great negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Can analyze current market shares and spot new trends and opportunities
- Enjoy travelling internationally and domestically to meet clients and business prospects
