Guest Relations In charge Job Vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Knowledge of personalized services, Problem solving Orientation, attention to details, and teamwork.
- Supervise daily guest relation’s team and prepare duty roasters.
- Train new employees and allocate responsibilities.
- Review feedback reports and raise staff’s communication skills.
- arranging Monthly team building meetings.
- Monitor guest relation’s staff’s performance, monthly evaluation.
- Organized patient flow assistance (Greetings, guidance, communication, experience feedback collection.
- Coordinate between OPD/IPD healthcare staff to ensure speed and efficiency a priority for VIP Patients.
- Share the patient’s appreciations with the respective HOD’s.
- Solving patient’s complaints and escalate them to the concern departments for improvement purposes.
- Participate in hospital patient safety committees meetings (preparing monthly KPI for all hospital departments based on patients reviews).
- Ensuring a memorable, experience, meeting patients/guests needs and requests, encouraging customer feedback
- To maintain and convey a neat, attractive appearance at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a High School graduate or its equivalent
- Effective oral and written communication skills in the English language. Arabic is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to perform effectively in stressful situations and with patience in handling crowd
- Must possess a good “power of observation”
- Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal skills, knowledge of proper body mechanics, safety measures and infection control, and ability to follow instructions.
