JOB DESCRIPTION

To maintain day to day A/C log books and to follow the schedules for the maintenance.
To check and clean the filters regularly and to maintain the system healthy all the time.
To maintain all HVAC related equipment such as Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, deep freezers, split A/Cs, Air curtains, refrigerators etc.
To carry out routine PPM as per the schedule / breakdown maintenance.
To actively involved in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
Change the filters yearly as per the schedule.
To follow the throw checking and maintain the documents related to the HVAC systems.
To be soundly knowledgeable in repairing of split units, DX units, pumps, AHU’s, FAHU’s and refrigerators including the medical refrigerators.
To maintain the stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for necessary material(s).
To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge.
To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipment’s.
To perform any related job / work when assigned by the head of the Department.
To be ready to do the task regardless of time to attend the emergency calls for any issues.
To carry out the any other task related to the building maintenance assigned by the supervisors.

A graduate of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years’ experience in the same field.
Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
