Job Description
Installation and Configuration of Windows Servers
Install and configure Windows Server operating systems on physical and virtual machines.
Set up and configure server roles and features based on organizational needs.
Active Directory Management:
Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including user and group management, permissions, and security policies, DNS, and DHCP.
Implement and manage Group Policies to enforce security and configuration settings.
User Account Management:
Create, modify, and delete user accounts as per organizational requirements.
Manage user permissions and access rights to resources.
Server Security:
Implement and maintain server security measures, antivirus, and security patches.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
Implement performance optimization strategies and conduct regular system analysis.
Virtualization:
Administer virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
Manage virtual machines, snapshots, and resource allocations.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for server configurations, procedures, and policies.
Create and update system documentation for troubleshooting and reference.
Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
Respond to server-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other IT professionals, support teams, and stakeholders to address server-related issues.
Communicate effectively with end-users and provide technical support as needed.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure server environments comply with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Qualification in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
- MCSE/MCSA Certifications.
- ITIL Certification V3 or relevant experience.
- VMWare, and Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure) is a plus

- Hands-on experience with Virtualization & Windows Operating systems Management.
- Fixing the identified security risks.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience
- 4 + years’ experience, in Windows Server Administration.
- MNC work experience preferred.
