Svevia has been entrusted with continuing to manage the operation and maintenance of the state roads within the Norsjö base maintenance area. As a supervisor, you will work on various projects with a focus on our operation and maintenance work. You will have a central and customer-focused role where your main task will be to be responsible for the entire process, from careful planning and resource allocation to implementation and follow-up of the work we perform. The role of supervisor does not include direct personnel responsibility, but you are an important function for our professional employees and also act as a coordinating contact for our subcontractors. Furthermore, you support the site manager in the daily work with, for example, customer contact, production management, financial follow-up and invoicing. You will be part of a team, but the work is very varied and also requires independent work. During your first year, you will undergo a training program containing both theory and practice and you will act as a supervisor in the field of operations. The employment is a permanent employment of 100%, probationary employment is applied. You report directly to the Site Manager. The location is Norsjö. Emergency work is included in the service and evening, night and weekend work occurs.Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we see it as a requirement that you have:
- B Driving Licence
- A greater interest in the industry/work on the road
- Good computer skills and interest in digital working methods and processes
- Good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience of working in operation and maintenance / winter road maintenance
- Relevant post-secondary education from, for example, a university or relevant YH education
- Erfarenhet från en arbetsledande funktion och är van vid att leda och fördela arbete
