| Key Accountabilities |
🩺 Specific Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, professional, and ethical quality clinical services to patients. Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards. Maintain accurate and complete medical records. Pursue excellence in medical practice through continuous professional development for self and others. Deliver clinical services in an ethical and responsible manner to uphold professional integrity. 🦺 Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Responsibilities Comply with OSH instructions, policies, and safe working procedures. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems. Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures. Avoid willful or reckless actions that endanger health and safety. Assist in preparing risk assessments. Report OSH hazards, incidents, near misses, and issues. Practice waste reduction by reducing, reusing, and recycling. Attend OSH training sessions, awareness programs, and mock drills. Participate in OSHMS audits and inspections to maintain safety standards. 🧼 Prevention and Control of Infection (PCI) Implement the NMC PCI Policy and Strategy to maintain cleanliness and reduce infection risk. Strict adherence to hand hygiene protocols, including the “5 moments of hand hygiene.” Follow “bare below the elbows” guidelines. Maintain high standards of environmental care |

Qualifications
| Minimum Qualification & Experiences |
| Eligibility Criteria for Specialist-level Healthcare Professionals (UAE) ✅ At least 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience at Specialist level (regardless of country) 🌍 At least 1 year of Specialist-level experience from a Tier 1 country as specified by the UAE healthcare regulator 🎓 Possession of a basic medical degree and completion of a recognized specialty qualification/education program (e.g., fellowship or diploma) 📄 Certification and registration in a specialty recognized by the relevant UAE healthcare authority 🩺 Active and valid life support certification, such as: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) 🏥 Eligibility for registration with a relevant UAE healthcare authority, based on qualifications such as: Membership from Royal College Arab Board Certification MS (Master of Surgery) DM (Doctorate of Medicine) MPhil (Master of Philosophy) Or an equivalent recognized by the UAE healthcare authority |
