We are part of the social administration that is responsible for care for the elderly, care for people with disabilities, municipal primary care, and individual and family care. The administration has a total of about 260 employees. We are now looking for a nurse for our staffing team, which covers both planned and quick vacancies, but we are also in need of a nurse for home care as we have employees who are going on other work adventures. Tasks As a nurse, you will play a central role in our business and be responsible for several different tasks that are crucial for patient safety and quality of care. Your work includes, among other things, assessing and monitoring patients’ health status, including collecting medical history and current status, as well as making decisions about care measures. You are responsible for the implementation of care measures and the follow-up of health plans in collaboration with doctors and other care team members, as well as the documentation of care and changes in the patients’ condition. You are also responsible for supervision and delegation of HSL tasks to nursing staff within the operation. Communication is a central part of the work, both with patients and their relatives, but also in the collaboration with other professions around the care of patients. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, preferably with previous experience of municipal primary care, but it is not a requirement. To successfully take on the role of nurse, we are looking for someone who can work independently and take your own initiative to ensure the best possible care for our patients. At the same time, it is important to be able to work well in teams to support each other in the work and in striving towards common goals. You are responsible and solution-focused, and have a good ability to prioritize and manage rapid changes. We value your high ability to empathize and great commitment to people’s well-being and the opportunity for a dignified life. It is important that you have a professional and respectful treatment and an ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. With your good treatment, you want to contribute to a positive working climate to promote good cooperation.
