Psychiatric Clinic, Ward A, Högland Hospital in Eksjö The psychiatric clinic plans to reopen a ward in the spring of 2025 and for that we want to hire nurses. It is a fun challenge to be involved from the beginning and start up the wards when we distribute the care beds in two wards. Welcome to this exciting journey! The role of a nurse on ward A The role of a nurse includes tasks such as: • Lead all steps of the nursing process together with the rest of the ward’s team, in collaboration with the patient and relatives • Coordinate care plans in collaboration with doctors and others in the team • Actively work with improvement work to develop healthcare The services are for the time being and 100% scope is offered, but there is an opening for other requests. Possession is by agreement, but preferably as soon as possible as we aim to open the department in March 2025. Work is scheduled day, evening and two out of five weekends. A wish schedule is applied to best combine work and leisure time. We are investing heavily in the area and have recently opened up our latest addition in the form of an indoor courtyard to create a better presence for our inpatient patients.
