<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p>

<p>Technical Advisor should be very particular with the complaints given by the customer for an effective diagnosis/trouble shooting of the said problem.</p>

<p><b>What you will do:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency. </li>
<li>Maintain efficiency in road testing for quick / timely vehicle delivery and good profitability. </li>
<li>Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures (including warranty) within company policies. </li>
<li>Carries out road test before commencing job to confirm the complaint and test (static &amp; dynamic) later to confirm effectiveness of repair. </li>
<li>Ensuring proper use of tools, equipment and safety gear. </li>
</ul>

<p>Reporting to Service Manager, you will be an individual contributor and working in a busy Aftersales environment. </p>

<p><b>What Equips You For The Role:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>3 to 5 years overall experience with automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role related with EV’s. </li>
<li>Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering</li>
<li>Valid driver license </li>
