Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, creating a welcoming and efficient experience. You will handle all front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and responding to guest inquiries.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
3. Take reservations over the phone, through emails, or in person.
4. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
5. Address guest complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
6. Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
7. Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests as needed.
8. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
9. Maintain a working knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide information to guests.
10. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling cash transactions.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. High school diploma; additional certification in Hospitality is a plus.
