The Challenge

Our Emirati Graduate Program is a 2 year-long program, this one is only in Talent Acquisition. You’ll be supported by a structured learning program and mentor to start owning your career. By the end of the two years, we expect that our graduates will be well prepared to be successful in securing one of our substantive positions.

What are we offering you?

Over two very exciting years you’ll gain all the skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career at Siemens. The two years consists of challenging assignments in Executive Office.

At the start of the program you’ll be assigned a personal mentor with whom you’ll decide a program schedule to determine the direction of your career path.

Our training landscape will provide you with all the basics you need for a successful start as a Talent Acquisition Professional.

Embark on your employment with us wherever you are in the UAE. We will develop our employer branding together with you and you will have the opportunity to learn everything about Talent Acquisition (TA). By the end of it, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in HR.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to assist them in their daily operational tasks
  • Supporting the recruitment process as per the strategy that has been agreed with the relevant TA Partner
  • Supporting with marketing campaigns, website content and social media updates to promote the Siemens brand on social media channels and writing posts.
  • Responsible for initial screening of candidates prior to Hiring Manager review (CV screening, telephone interviews as required)
  • Participating in projects and other tasks as agreed by TA Lead to drive excellence in the TA function
  • Support the TA Partner on additional tasks to help manage increased volumes or ad hoc requests in line with the overall team model
  • Help Field HR team on universities, career days

The Candidate

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive Emirati candidates that demonstrate the following:

  • You are a fresh graduate from Bachelors ideally Master’s degree at a university
  • You hold a family book
  • You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
  • You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
  • You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
  • Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Able to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
  • Good telephone manner and professional approach.

Please note: We offer flexible working hours and we have a hybrid model that you could both work from home and our offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Who should apply?

  • Majors: Recent graduates from Business, Communications, Human Resources Management, or Engineering.
  • Graduation Date: Candidates must be fresh graduates, but no more than one year prior.
  • Experience: This program is an entry level talent program, so we require maximum 1-year- experience post-graduation.
