Lead the medical staff and ensure the hospital is providing high standards of care and patient safety

Ensure the implementation of all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, clinical excellence

Develop and implement Plans and Strategies for Business Growth & Development,  Continuous Clinical Framework, Quality Improvement programs, Clinical Risk Management, Standardisation of Care, Best Practices, etc.,

Practice in your respective clinical speciality duties along with Chief Medical Officer Responsibilities and will be reporting to General Manager of the hospital

• Lead the medical staff and ensure the hospital is providing high standards of care and patient safety
• Ensure the implementation of all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, clinical excellence
• Develop and implement Plans and Strategies for Business Growth & Development,  Continuous Clinical Framework, Quality Improvement programs, Clinical Risk Management, Standardisation of Care, Best Practices, etc.,
• Practice in your respective clinical speciality duties along with Chief Medical Officer Responsibilities and will be reporting to General Manager of the hospital

• Clinical Post Graduate degree in Medicine & in relevant subspecialty field.
• Post-graduate in Hospital Administration preferred.
• Should be Licensed as a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine or Emergency or Surgery in UAE .
• Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
• Good Organization Skills & Exceptional Interpersonal skills
• Clinical Risk Management Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience; responsibility includes hospital operations, administrative & medical leadership level in UAE Region
