Your goal: Generate and qualify as many leads as possible for the French 🇫🇷 market!

Your missions: Question, raise awareness and convince all HRDs that AssessFirst is THE answer to their problems.

What exactly does this involve?

  • Identify potential prospects by setting up prospecting strategies independently (using various sales techniques: prospecting, e-mailing, social selling, inbound marketing and events)
  • Contact them to understand their needs and build their HR project with AssessFirst
  • Organize qualified appointments with the Account Executive and accompany him until the signature of the lead
  • Bring back leads at HR events that you have created alone or in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Test and contribute to the choice of new prospecting technique tools: you are completely autonomous in the search for new sales methods and channels.

You are able to exchange with your colleagues in English.

If there is an opportunity to automate a task with less added value, you jump at the opportunity.

Junior or senior, no matter your previous experience!

Our questionnaires are divided into 3 parts: Shape, Drive and Brain. They assess your personality, motivations and abilities respectively. It takes about 30 minutes to complete everything.

They are essential because the Talent team needs to know more about who you are and make sure you fit our culture!
