Position description :
As Finance Governance Administrator you will join the Finance Operations Team ensuring the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive governance framework for user access to finance applications and banking systems.
You will act as the primary point of contact in Finance for managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees, overseeing their access rights with to and from Finance applications.
This position is central to safeguarding the integrity of financial systems and processes, providing a seamless and secure access experience for all users.

Responsabilities:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of Finance applications, users, and their access rights.
Develop and implement a structured process and governance framework for onboarding and offboarding employees to Finance applications.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in user access management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to periodically review and update user accesses, ensuring alignment with current requirements.
Provide detailed access data overviews to the Workers Council as needed.
Facilitate the onboarding of new users to Finance applications, ensuring they are granted appropriate access levels.
Monitor user access in other systems with financial implications and perform periodic audits to ensure system integrity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot access-related errors, delivering timely resolutions.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance. 
Strong work experience in a role demanding exceptional organizational skills and oversight.
Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and collaboration.
Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and manage complex datasets.
