Human Talent is looking for ground workers in Piteå!

Human Talent is now looking for athletes and people with a sports background to work as a ground worker at one of our clients in the construction sector during the 2025 season. Are you a physically active person with experience in sports and are you looking for a job where you can use your strength, endurance and team spirit? Then this is the right opportunity for you!

Human Talent specializes in staffing employees with a sports background for roles where qualities such as discipline, teamwork and high work ethic are crucial. Our customer is an established player in the land and construction industry that needs reinforcement during the season – here you can contribute to important community projects and create real impact.

Your duties

As a ground worker, you will have a varied and rewarding working day, where you contribute to various land and construction projects. You will:

– Perform water and sewer work: Participate in the installation and maintenance of water and sewage systems.

– Work with concrete and paving: Lay slabs and stones for walkways and other surfaces.

– Preparation and digging: Preparing the ground for various constructions.

– Building roads and creating green spaces: Participate in road construction and create green spaces in various projects.

The projects vary in both size and tasks, so you will work both independently and with others. As an athlete, you know what it takes to work effectively in a team, and here you really get to use your strengths and ability to keep a high pace.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a sports background, regardless of whether you are an active athlete or have previous experience in the world of sports. Although previous experience in land and construction is an advantage, we see that your sports experience gives you important qualities that make you perfect for the role:

– Positive and team-oriented: You thrive in teams and contribute to a good work environment.

– Meticulous and goal-oriented: You have a high work ethic and can focus on the goal.

– Physical strength and endurance: You are comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and see your physical fitness as an asset.

Having a B driving licence is a requirement, and we would like you to have a willingness to learn new work elements.
