Join a Growing Force in Sustainable Construction
Dalahusgruppen is a dynamic and expanding company within the ByggPartner Group, proudly specializing in large-scale wood construction projects. At the heart of this growth is Dalahus Montage, founded in 2014 and based in the picturesque village of Linghed, just 35 km northeast of Falun. With deep roots in Swedish craftsmanship and decades of collective experience, our team brings exceptional expertise to the design and assembly of both large and small wooden structures across the country.
From traditional stud constructions—walls, floors, and roofs—to advanced solid wood components like CLT, glulam, and LVL, our projects span Sweden’s diverse geography. We take pride in delivering complete solutions, from design to delivery and assembly, with precision and care.
👷 Step Into Leadership: Become Our Assembly Manager
Are you a natural leader who thrives on collaboration and hands-on project work? Do you dream of shaping high-quality homes and buildings in wood? Dalahusgruppen is now seeking a passionate and driven Assembly Manager to lead and elevate our wood construction projects.
As Assembly Manager, you’ll be the vital link between project managers, assemblers, and subcontractors. Your mission: to ensure our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards—on time and within budget. Your office? The construction site itself, where the action happens. For the coming year, you’ll primarily be based in Borlänge/Falun, with potential travel across central Sweden in the future.
🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Coordination: Ensure smooth project progression with smart scheduling and resource planning. Prepare site operations and manage daily and weekly logistics with the project manager.
- Leadership: Guide and supervise fitters and subcontractors, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Economy & Quality: Monitor project finances, support forecasting, manage change orders (ÄTA), and uphold quality standards.
- Work Environment: Act as Bas-U when needed, lead safety rounds, and champion a secure workplace for all.
- Collaboration: Maintain close communication with project managers, clients, and team members to solve challenges and drive innovation.
🌟 Who You Are
