About the job

The Urban Development Administration’s mission is to actively work to build a safe, secure and sustainable municipality with a good environment for everyone who lives, works and visits Örnsköldsvik. Tasks Your tasks will mainly be to work as a construction worker with a focus on jobs in parks, playgrounds and squares. Some preparedness may occur. Qualifications We are looking for you who have civil engineering education or experience that the employer can be deemed equivalent. You have several years of experience in building and constructing public spaces such as playgrounds, squares and parks. A valid driving licence B for a passenger car is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have one of the following: – “Work on the road” – Valid wheel loader driver’s license – Valid driving licence C for heavy truck – Experience in snow and de-icing As a person, you are quality-conscious, want to help in other professional areas and are happy to take your own initiative in the work. You must have an interest and commitment to the activities we conduct. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
