1.3 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job postings or user profiles.
• Scrape, extract, or harvest user data or job listings without explicit written permission.
• Post content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights or privacy.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
• Use the portal for unauthorized commercial solicitations or spam.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used on spreeshops.com are the property of spreeshops.com or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the content they submit (e.g., resumes, job post descriptions), but grant spreeshops.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content in connection with providing the services.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Spreeshops.com acts as a platform connecting Job Seekers and Employers. We do not guarantee employment for Job Seekers nor do we guarantee suitable candidates for Employers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

• Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, location, work history, education, and resume/CV details submitted by Job Seekers.
• Employer Data: Company name, business registration, contact details, job opening details, and payment information.
• Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, cookies, device information, and activity logs on the platform.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• To facilitate job applications and connect Job Seekers with Employers.
• To process payments for employer subscriptions or featured job listings.
• To communicate account updates, platform news, and relevant notifications.
• To improve platform functionality, customer support, and security.

2.3 Information Sharing & Disclosure

• Employers & Recruiters: Resume details and job applications submitted by Job Seekers will be shared with the respective Employers.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with secure third-party vendors who assist with payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of spreeshops.com and its users.

2.4 Data Security & Retention

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Subscription Services

Spreeshops.com offers various paid subscription plans and single-purchase listings for Employers and job advertisement services.

3.2 Standard Refund Terms

• Full refund requests for standard subscriptions or unused services may be requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date, provided no substantial feature usage (e.g., viewing candidate contact details, publishing live listings) has occurred.

3.3 Discounted Subscription Refund Policy

• 7-Day Rule for Discounted Subscriptions: Discounted subscriptions or promotional plans are non-refundable after 7 days of use from the date of activation or purchase.
• Any cancellation request for a discounted subscription made after 7 days will prevent future auto-renewals, but no full or partial refund will be granted for the remaining period.
• Requests submitted within the first 7 days may be eligible for a pro-rated or full refund at management’s discretion, provided platform abuse has not occurred.

3.4 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a recurring subscription, please contact our support team at contact@spreeshops.com with your account details and transaction ID. All requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
