Bachelor’s degree in nursing with DHA or DOH

Previous Homecare, Hospital, or Private Nursing experience

Expert in handling newborn, Elderly, or critical

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly duty rosters for nurses
• Track and maintain nurses’ duty times for scheduled patients
• Communicate scheduling updates to nurses and relevant departments
• Audit and verify shift coverage to ensure all patient care is uninterrupted
• Notify nurses of any changes in daily/monthly schedules
• Coordinate accommodations for nurses as needed
• Provide responsive and professional support to nurses regarding scheduling, policies, and procedures
