Bachelor’s degree in nursing with DHA or DOH
Previous Homecare, Hospital, or Private Nursing experience
Expert in handling newborn, Elderly, or critical

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly duty rosters for nurses
- Track and maintain nurses’ duty times for scheduled patients
- Communicate scheduling updates to nurses and relevant departments
- Audit and verify shift coverage to ensure all patient care is uninterrupted
- Notify nurses of any changes in daily/monthly schedules
- Coordinate accommodations for nurses as needed
- Provide responsive and professional support to nurses regarding scheduling, policies, and procedures
